The short version: this public website does not contain advertising trackers or a sign-up form. Eleven Eleven is not yet operating a public voice service. Before the private beta processes live communications, this Policy will be updated with the final technical details.
1. Scope and who is responsible
This Policy explains how Eleven Eleven handles information on this website, in early-access email, and in any private beta invitation. “Eleven Eleven,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Eleven Eleven service. Questions or requests may be sent to gamerhome46@gmail.com.
2. Information from this website
This website does not use an account form, advertising cookies, or analytics scripts. Our hosting and security infrastructure may automatically process standard technical logs such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, time of access, and security events. These logs help deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain security.
If you choose an email link, your message, email address, and any information you include are processed by your email provider and ours. We use that information to answer you, manage early-access interest, and keep a record of support or legal requests.
3. Information a private beta may use
Before you are invited into a beta, we will tell you which features are active and update this Policy where needed. Depending on those features, Eleven Eleven may process:
- Account information: a display name, username, email address or phone number, age confirmation, profile image, and settings;
- Connections: friend requests, accepted contacts, invite activity, blocks, and availability settings;
- Permissions you choose: microphone access for live voice, notifications and push tokens for incoming activity, and contacts or photos only when an optional feature needs them;
- Technical information: IP address, device and app identifiers, operating system, device model, language, app version, delivery events, crashes, performance, and security signals; and
- Support and safety information: messages, screenshots, or other evidence you choose to send when asking for help or reporting a problem.
Device settings allow you to revoke permissions. A feature may stop working when the permission it needs is disabled.
4. Live voice and the privacy standard
Eleven Eleven is being designed for private, live communication. The product goal is encrypted, ephemeral voice without a server-side library of conversation recordings. Eleven Eleven does not currently operate a public app service, so we will not claim end-to-end encryption or technical inability to access audio until the production architecture has been independently verified.
Before inviting beta users, we will update this section to explain the exact audio protocol, encryption, relay providers, key control, any temporary delivery buffers, the communication metadata we retain, and the relevant retention periods. The current website does not capture microphone audio.
5. How we use information
We use information only as reasonably needed to:
- deliver, operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and beta;
- create accounts and connect people who choose each other;
- route communications and notifications;
- respond to early-access requests, support questions, and safety reports;
- measure reliability and improve product performance;
- prevent spam, abuse, fraud, and security incidents; and
- comply with law and enforce our Terms.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, consent for optional device permissions, legitimate interests in running and securing the service, and legal obligations.
7. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the reason it was collected. Website security logs are kept for the period needed to protect and operate the site. Early-access and support emails remain until they are no longer useful or you ask us to delete them, unless a longer period is needed for security, disputes, or legal duties.
Before a beta launches, we will publish specific retention periods for account data, connection and delivery metadata, crash logs, support or safety records, temporary buffers, and backups. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise perfect security.
8. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where law requires it, we will use recognized safeguards for international transfers and explain the relevant hosting locations in an updated beta notice.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email communications or beta account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
To make a request, email gamerhome46@gmail.com. You may also revoke app permissions in device settings, mute or block contacts, and stop using the Services at any time.
10. Children
Eleven Eleven is not intended for children under 13 or anyone below the minimum digital-consent age required where they live. If we learn that we collected a child’s information contrary to law, we will take steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us about a concern.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as Eleven Eleven develops. We will change the date above and provide additional notice for material changes where required. We will publish a more detailed app-specific notice before live communications are offered to beta users.
12. Contact
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to gamerhome46@gmail.com.
